Welcome to my brand new blog filled with brand new recipes, ideas, and thoughts about my brand new lifestyle as a Vegan Mama. Did I say brand new enough for ya?? I think you get the picture.

Why go with the name Gypsy Vegan Mama? Well, it got your attention, didn't it? :)

Gypsy: a bohemian traveler .

 No, I am not bohemian, nor do I travel much. But sometimes, my personality resembles just that. Just ask my husband. I'm hardly ever in the same spot for long doing the same thing for long. That's just me. Plus, if I could, I would travel the world over a thousand times. I LOVE to travel and experience new things. All. The. Time. 

I am a Christian wife and mother just trying to lose weight, live healthily, serve my God, find my inner fashionista, all while trying to keep it together. I have one fantastic husband and two beautiful children.

My hope is that you will find something you like here and feel comfortable enough to stay awhile. Maybe you can learn a little from me and I'm sure I can learn much from you, too. I'll be sharing recipes, ideas, and even throw in a product review for ya here and there.

Some of this is new to me, some of it isn't. But I sure am glad to be able to experience all of the bumps and bruises along the way with all of you lovely people.
